HTC Touch Pro Unlocker released
We are proud to announce the release of world’s first HTC Raphael SIM-Unlock tool, valid to remove the network operator lock on all HTC Raphael based devices locked to any GSM operator. The HTC Raphael unlocker runs on any Windows (2000/2003/XP/Vista) computer, you just need to connect your mobile device to your PC using the USB Sync cable, this will automatically establish a guest sync partnership, using ActiveSync (on Widows XP or earlier) or WMDC on Windows Vista.
Once the device is connected to the PC, start the Raphael Unlocker and click the Next button, after about 5 minutes the software will show up the 8-digit unlock code —also known as MSL or NCK— which you can use to remove the SIM Lock of your HTC Raphael. After the unlock code is entered into the device you can use it with any SIM card, from any operator worldwide.
As you can see, this is the easiest method to instantly unlock HTC Touch Pro locked to any GSM service provider in the world. No phone disassembling or technical knowledge is required, all you have to do is to enter the unlock code into your phone!

AT&T gave me an unlock code that didn’t work. They didn’t tell me that I could only try it 5 times before it is permanently locked. Will your software still allow me to unlock even though I have tried the AT&T code 5 times?
@Zachary: Our software will read the unlock code from the device and provide you with the right code.
If you have tried 5 times a wrong unlock code the device is not permanently locked: each time has a higher timeout until you can enter the unlock code again and the box to enter the unlock code will be disabled until the timeout is finished.
Just Leave the device in the simlock screen and after the timeout is passed you will be able to press the OK button to enter the unlock code calculated by our software.

The software is a code reader, so it will display the unlock code for your phone, then you have to input this unlock code into your phone to unlock it.

I have Touch pro with a the KPN network from Holland. It’s harder to lock form this network, but can I use the code from the website for my phone aswell?
@Angelo: yes, no problem to unlock on any GSM network. KPN NL is supported too.
does this work on Sprint HTC touch pro 6850 to unlock for Metro or Boost
@Mario: No, the software only works on GSM models, the sprint version is CDMA and is not compatible.

Hello. I have an HTC touch pro T7272, which is locked to Mobinil Egypt(60201). The company claims they cannot unlock the handset. After a few escalations I found out they didn’t have the software to do so. Your link only supports paypal and paypal does not support any credit cards from my country. Any suggestions?
